We are offer Free Shipping on all of our items to residents within the United States except residents of Hawaii. To take advantage of our free shipping just check Standard Shipping at Checkout. Through Standard Shipping, items take 2-8 business days to be delivered to their destination. Orders generally take 2-5 business days to process before shipping. For your convenience and at an extra cost we offer other faster shipping services: USPS Priority Mail (1-4 business day delivery) or USPS Priority Mail Express (overnight delivery to most U.S. locations).

Yes! We ship internationally. Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. ZippySnap.com is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices. USPS First-Class Package International Service (delivery time based on destination), USPS Priority Mail International (delivery in 6-10 business days) or USPS Priority Mail Express International (delivery in 3-5 business days).
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of purchase. Before returning any item a return authorization must be requested within 14 days after receipt of product; email us at customerservice@zippysnap.com. All returns must be in salable condition. All returns must be in the original factory packaging with all accessories, manuals, and blank warranty cards included. If any of these materials are missing, your account will be billed accordingly. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges. Refused items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, including freight and handling charges. All shipping fees are non refundable.
